Mr. Vijaya Raju Undrajavarapu – A Journey of Service
Mr. Vijaya Raju Undrajavarapu is from a small village in Andhra Pradesh, India, in West Godavari District called Varighedu. Born in 1980, He lost both parents (Gotaiah Undrajavarapu and Vallamma) at a young age, and around him were some people in the same situation, which instilled in him a deep compassion for the poor and needy.
From childhood, Mr. Vijay dreamed of completing his education, getting a job, and used his income to help others. By God’s grace, He began working in 2000 and started setting aside money to serve those in need. That same year, He distributed 25 blankets during Christmas—a simple act that began his lifelong mission.
Over time, Mr. Vijay expanded his support beyond his village to neighboring villages as well. By 2011, He had helped many individuals personally, without seeking recognition. Encouraged by well-wishers and family members, He formally established Vivin Donna Ministries & Welfare Society (VDMWS) in December 2012 with the help of his brother-in-law Jagadish Tenneti garu, officially recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh (Now in the Telangana Government), India.
Inspired by verses like “Love your neighbor as yourself” (Matthew 22:39), Remember the Poor (Galatians 2:10), He remained committed to this mission. With the encouragement of his late brother Venkatarao Undrajavarapu, the support of his wife Suvarthamani Undrajavarapu (President of VDMWS) whom he married early in his ministry, and with the help of many others, VDMWS continues to serve with compassion and purpose. He has 2 kids, Vivingoyal Undrajavarapu and Donnalyn Undrajavarapu, who are also thriving ahead to not only support the ministry, but also to help those in need whenever they can.
